Application is Simple

Nano_Logo_New_B_C_WhiteBK_small_1.jpg

The application of Nanokeratin is so simple even your newest junior can do it - and develop their customer skills and confidence at the same time. No need to tie up your top colourists and/or stylists with this simple procedure, although some salons involve these personnel in the initial consultation and application and then hand the follow up treatments over to younger team members who can become your salon specialists in Nanokeratin.

Application - Step by Step

:: Step 1 Washing the hair

Shampoo the hair twice with a deep cleansing or anti-residue shampoo. Do not use conditioner. Rinse well and carefully dry off completely

:: Step 2 Application of Tanagra Nanokeratin

filling_nano_container.jpg Divide the hair into four sections and pin it up. Place 3 to 5 ml of Keratin Phase 2 into the clear product container, screw the container to the brush hose, attach the container firmly over the injector nozzle of the Nanokeratin machine and turn on the power. Let down one of the sections strand by strand and run the diffusing brush under and over the strands of hair, softly and smoothly until they are all consistently covered.

The time of application for each section may vary from 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the length of hair and the amount of strands you work with. Methodically let down the rest of the hair and run the diffusing brush over and under the strands, brushing them softly and smoothly.

:: Step 3 Evaporation of residual water/styling of the hair

Divide the hair into four sections again and pin it up. Pre-heat temperature controlled hair irons to 120 C. Let down one of the sections and pass the hair irons over the strands of hair to evaporate any residual water and to swell the keratin into the damaged areas of the hair more quickly. This phase is also where any styling required is achieved. Use the temperature controlled irons to smooth or curl the hair as required. Where more volume is required, this can be achieved by using a blow dryer (on gentle heat) and brush for this phase instead of the irons.

Be very careful to comb the strands in such a way that they are all consistently covered. Let down the rest of the hair and repeat the same procedure on all of the remaining sections of hair.

:: Step 4 Interfibrilar polymerizing of keratin

Divide the hair into the four sections again and pin it up. Place 3 to 5 ml of nano_method4c_1.jpg Finalising Fluid Phase 3 into the clear product container and proceed as per Step 2.

The hair has now been treated with the state-of-the-art Nanokeratin system and should not be washed for at least 48 hours. After this time it is important that the hair is washed and conditioned with moisture only products to restore the moisture balance back into the protein treated hair.
